Hotel Policy

According to government regulations, It is mandatory for guests above the age of 19 to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport (Pan is not accepted as valid ID). Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in. In case the the photo is not matching on the provided ID Proof hotel has the right to cancel the booking and there will be no refunds applicable.

● Photocopy or Soft Copy of ID proofs will not be accepted. Only original Photo Id will be accepted at the time of check-in.

● Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.

● Early Check in is subject to availability at the hotel.

● Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of an extra mattress.

● Extra mattress is provided for triple occupancy bookings at an additional charge.

● If a guest does any action considered inappropriate by the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to take action against the guest.

● Qwiksta has no hidden charges , please pay the amount displayed on your confirmation voucher directly to the hotel at the time of check in.

● Amendments/Cancellations of booking can only be made by Qwiksta. The hotel cannot modify your booking or process refunds for bookings made at the special Qwiksta rates.

● Such amendments/cancellation of booking shall be according to the respected hotel policy. Please read the hotel policy before booking.

● The refund shall be credited to the same payment mode by which the payment was received.

● Guests shall be liable for any damage to Hotel assets.

● The website is not liable for any damage by guests to Hotel Assets.

● Guests are required to follow the hotel policies for No Smoking Policy or dress code for pool or party.

Pay at Hotel Policies:

● Only selected hotels have Pay at Hotel policies.

● Early check-in is subject to availability.

● The hotel has the right to release the room if the guest has not checked-in under 30 minutes of check-in time selected and has not informed the hotel about your late check-in.

● Offers, Discounts & Coupon Codes are not applicable on bookings made using the Pay at Hotel option.

● Guests must pay full amount at time of check-in, denial of payment may lead to hoteliers not allowing check-in.
